This policy explains how Dose-IQ collects and uses personal data when you use dose-iq.fit, including when you take the Fit Score quiz and request the free Personalised Nutrition Guide.

The quiz answers themselves are used in your browser to calculate the Fit Score. We do not use the quiz to measure genetics, diagnose a condition, or provide medical advice.

We do not collect a phone number through this site. Please contact us only at info@dose-iq.com.

Legal basis

We process your email and Fit Score on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give that consent by ticking the checkbox on the quiz form before submitting. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@dose-iq.com.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade email lists. We do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Processors

The quiz form is sent through our email platform so we can send you the guide. Google Ireland Limited processes a Google Ads tag (AW-18427841111) so we can measure whether an ad led to a quiz signup. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited processes a Meta Pixel (ID 715106197169192) for the same kind of ad measurement when you accept measurement cookies. Google and Meta act as processors for that measurement.

How long we keep data

We keep your email and related Fit Score only as long as needed to send the guide, respond to your request, and handle deletion or other rights requests. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless a limited legal obligation requires us to retain a record of the request.

Your GDPR rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent. To do so, email info@dose-iq.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) in Bulgaria, or with your local EU supervisory authority.

How to request deletion

Email info@dose-iq.com from the address you used on the form (or tell us which address to delete). We will delete your personal data from our lead records.

Cookies and tracking

We use a Google tag (AW-18427841111) and a Meta Pixel (ID 715106197169192) to measure advertising conversions, mainly when someone completes the Fit Score quiz and requests the guide. Those tags may set cookies or similar storage only if you accept measurement cookies in the banner. You can refuse those cookies, or change your choice later by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The quiz may also store a Fit Score locally in your browser after you successfully submit the form so you can download the guide in the same session.
