What the quiz and guide are

The Fit Score is a short lifestyle-habit questionnaire for education and motivation. It is not a medical diagnosis, medical device, or a substitute for professional advice. It does not measure genetics and does not claim to treat, cure, diagnose or prevent disease.

The free guide is an informational PDF. Unlocking it requires your email and an explicit consent tick, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Food supplements

Where we mention nutrients, we use authorised EU health claims only (for example, that certain vitamins and minerals contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism). Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
